Trial Delivery Expansion:

Due to popular demand we are expanding to deliver to parts of Hamilton on a trial basis! We will deliver Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday starting on February 1st to Hamilton Mountain, Mt. Hope, the Meadowlands, Caledonia and Cayuga. The boundary will run on the East Side of Highway 6 and the 403, South of the Lincoln Alexander and East of the Red Hill (see interactive map at the bottom for reference). This will run on a 2 month trial basis to start.

Delivery Days and Area:

We will now be offering deliver 5 days a week (Tuesday-Saturday) to the entire Niagara Region as well as Caistor Centre, Stoney Creek, Binbrook, and Dunnville. This includes Wainfleet, Smithville, Wellandport, Lincoln, Beamsville, West Lincoln, Grimsby, Vineland, St. Catharines, Jordan, Welland, Niagara Falls, Thorold, Fort Erie, Port Colbourne, Fenwick, Fonthill, Ridgeway, Niagara on the Lake, Crystal Beach, Pelham and the ENTIRE Niagara Region.

Delivery Fee:

We offer delivery for free on orders over $50 otherwise we charge a flat rate of $5.

Order Cutoff:

We offer a cutoff of 3pm for next day delivery. In your cart you will select your delivery date up to 7 days in advance. For example, if you would like delivery on Saturday your order can be placed as early as the Saturday before and as late as Friday at 3pm (the day before). 

Delivery Times:

Delivery times will vary depending on the number of deliveries and location of the deliveries. We aim for all deliveries to be made between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. If you haven't received your order by 5:00 feel free to reach out to us at niagarafreshmarket@gmail.com.

How is my Order Delivered:

Orders are delivered in standard cardboard boxes therefore when ordering frozen food if you are not going to be home we advise leaving a cooler on the porch. Deliveries will be left on the porch, no signature required and driver will not wait to ensure someone is home, therefore customers are responsible to ensure the food received is put away in a timely manner. You can go to the link in your order confirmation email to see delivery details such as ETA and delivery status.

Pickup:

Orders for pickup are ready next day, if you do not receive a pick-up notification within 24 hours (and checked your spam folder) email us at niagarafreshmarket@gmail.com.
